Substance Stager

Brief:

The objective is to create a set of six visually appealing renders that showcase my product design using one of the three box assets available in the Substance Stager.
I’m planning to design and establish a brand, then produce a collection of rendered visuals designed to captivate viewers and encourage them to purchase my box. Also, I will include at least one animated Shot (using the turn-table feature in Stager).

Initial ideas

After analyzing the brief, I created a brainstorming map with various ideas. The first picture shows these ideas.
Among the initial ideas I dug into was the concept of a flower box designed for any occasion for people to show their love for each other. The initial idea of a flower box for any occasion was rejected due to a design mismatch, as the intended design didn’t quite fit the purpose of the box I wanted to use.
Upon revisiting the brainstorming map, I focused on the concept of a self-care and sanctuary box. This idea aims to captivate a broad audience by incorporating a mysterious and surprising element within the box and aligning it more closely with the envisioned final turntable animation.

Picture 2: I created the brand name "Bliss Bloom" by starting to visualize how I wanted it to look and thinking about of the design elements I wanted to include in the logo.
Picture 3: I designed an illustration of a lotus that I intend to use in the logo. Since the product is aimed at adults, to whom we want to give peace and "me time", the soft, iridescent flower (representing "Bloom") combined with an elegant font does a great visual job.

Design development:

Initiating the design development phase, I employed Adobe Illustrator to craft multiple iterations of the logo, exploring various color combinations. To guide my design of a captivating logo, I referred to the Adobe Color Palette image from the Spring Color Scheme section, which harmoniously aligns with the brand’s name and essence. By utilizing soothing pastel shades such as pink, gold, and green, my goal is to instill a sense of relaxation. I enhanced the visual appeal with elegant, hand-lettered typography. Subsequently, I designed additional visual elements like the Linocut Lotus, intended to adorn the box.

The Bloom Bliss brand is created to function as a serene sanctuary for various occasions. Each self-care box is curated with items like Luxurious Bath Bombs, Organic Face Mask, Soothing Aromatherapy Candle, Mindfulness Journal, Herbal Tea Sampler, Chocolate, etc., promising a delightful surprise for consumers upon unboxing. As a bonus, each box includes a personalized gift. The design of the box prominently features lotus imagery, perfectly complementing its name and amplifying its charm.

Picture 3: I used Adobe Illustrator to create several different variations of the logo design, experimenting with different color schemes (pink pallet).
Picture 4: I used Adobe Illustrator experimenting with different color schemes for example here is darker background with bold pinkish and red colours.
Picture 5: To guide my design of a captivating logo, I referred to the Adobe Color Palette image from the Spring Color scheme section.
Picture 6: Visual elements like the Linocut Lotus designed again in Illustrator, intended to adorn the box.
